The APICS CPIM program has been organized into five modules, each
focusing on key areas of study that are integral to an understanding and mastery of production and inventory management principles. Candidates must pass an exam for each of the modules to successfully complete the APICS CPIM program. Each module costs $297.

The Subject matter of this module includes inventory management, material requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, procurement, and supplier relationships.

Fiber Optic Technology for Telephone Technicians Training CFOT & CFOS/O

Fiber Optic Technology for TelephoneTechnicians

PLEASE NOTE: All attendees will have the opportunity to take the FOA Certified Fiber Optic Specialist in Outside Plant Exam in the program.
This five day class will train telephone company technicians on
fiber optic technology and outside plant practices. Complete
hands-on training in cable and splice
closure prep, grounding, splicing,
testing,troubleshooting, and plant
documentation. FTTH practices will
be covered. This class will prepare the student to take the FOA CFOT & CFOS/Oexamination.

*Cost includes the handbook, all lab materials, hand-outs, and safety items issued during the class.

FREE Understanding Financials Workshop

workshop you will gain an understanding of basic accounting
terminology, have a working knowledge of financial statements
(profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow statement, etc.) and what
they mean and know how to analyze your financial statements to
better manage your business. Financial ratios, measurements and
controls will be discussed to provide better oversight of your
business. We will also discuss how to calculate Mark-up vs. Margin,
how they are different, and how each affects your profitability. This
workshop is presented by the KSBDC. Registration is required one
