PKHLS Architecture, P.A. offices are located in a former Carnegie Library at 101 S. Star St in El Dorado, Kan., and an Art Moderne Railroad building located at 110 E. 4th St. in Newton, Kan. Both buildings are historic and easily recognizable within their respective communities.
